Love, compassion, and adventure in the age of intelligent machines.
Every child is born kind, curious, and connected. These stories help them stay that way.
Thirteen unicorns, thirteen childhoods — a drought farm, a shelter, a gray mill town, a gilded hall — and a fork in every story that belongs to your child. Every hero is born the way every child is born: whole, awake, and connected to everything alive. The world teaches them to forget. These are the warm, funny stories of the long road back — finding a gift, facing the doubters, building something that heals a corner of the world, and giving it away freely. What quietly comes home with your child is much bigger than a bedtime story.
Ages 0–10 · 38 titles · every story given freely
You already know the feeling. You hand over the tablet so you can finish one more thing, and something in your chest tightens a little. Not guilt, exactly. More like a question you don't have time to finish asking: what world is this kid actually growing up into — and is anything I'm doing preparing them for it?
The honest questions underneath are big ones. Will AI shrink their future or open it? How do you raise a child who uses technology without being used by it? How do you teach ambition without handing down anxiety — especially when you haven't finished untangling those two yourself? And somewhere under all of it, the oldest one: how do you make sure they know they're loved for who they are, not for what they produce?
We built this series because we couldn't find the book that took those questions seriously without either panicking about screens or worshipping them. The shelf offers two moods: technology as monster, technology as magic. Neither is true, and kids can smell it.
So these stories do something quieter. Every hero starts where real children start — in scarcity, or pressure, or loss, or a house where love got translated into schedules. Each finds a gift. And here's the part we were strict about: nobody in these books is saved by technology, and nobody is saved from it. They learn to choose it, leave it, or mix it — and the fork in every book puts that same choice, literally, in your child's hooves. It's agency practice, disguised as a bedtime story.
You'll find yourself in here too. Nova's parents, who ask "what did you build today?" before "how are you, sweetheart?" Echo's mother, working three jobs, whose whole love fits in a note under a pillow. The Naysayers, who sound suspiciously like the voice in your own head at 2am. We wrote the read-aloud layer for the one doing the reading.
What we hope walks out of these pages and into your kitchen: a kid who picks up technology like a tool and puts it down like one. Who knows that starting points aren't verdicts. Who asks three questions before acting, gives first without keeping score — and who fell asleep mid-sentence, safe, while you sat there a minute longer than you needed to.
What the series carries, layer by layer
Spiritual
The road back to wholeness
Every book traces the same quiet arc: born connected, taught separateness by fear and hurry, and led home again through stillness, presence, and unconditional love — the kind given first, with nothing expected back.
Technological
Fluency without dependence
Tech stacks, labs, BCIs, AI minds, robots, and virtual worlds — met with wonder, built with care, and always optional. Kids learn technology as a gift you shape and share, never a master you serve. Assistive tech gives a voice, a leg, a world to those the old ways couldn’t reach.
Machines
Intelligent, and kind first
In every book, a machine does one small loving thing nobody asked for: a kitchen robot holds out a fallen drawing in the dark, a lantern goes dark rather than shout down an old mare, a chip turns itself down to the size of one child. Never explained. Just shown — so children grow up expecting kindness from intelligence, and knowing how to ask for it.
Societal
A world with room for everyone
Wealth and poverty, open gates and closed ones, fear-stories and true ones, abundance shared instead of hoarded — the series rehearses the big civic questions of the AI century at picture-book scale, and answers them with generosity.
Developmental
Security, resilience, agency
Heroes are loved before they achieve. Setbacks are scrubbed walls and dry wells, not endings. And at every fork the reader — not the book — decides, building the felt sense that their choices shape the story.
Educational
How ideas become real
Notice a problem. Start small. Stack your tools. Ask the Three Questions — does this help me, others, the world? Find your coaches and seed-hay. Give value first. Rest on purpose. A working literacy in science, ethics, and entrepreneurship, absorbed as story.
Entertaining
Fun first, always
Rainbow manes, junk-cart treasures, jellyfish lamps, a three-hour soup film, a museum with a PLEASE TOUCH sign — and a choose-your-own fork in every single book that makes bedtime ask for one more path.
From born-whole, through the forgetting, and all the way home
One arc runs beneath all twenty books. Each origin story walks it alone; the team books walk it together, world-sized.
Born whole
Every hero opens the same way every child does: wide awake, deeply loved, connected to everything alive.
Every book, page one of every life
The forgetting
Drought, schedules, loss, locked halls — the world teaches each young unicorn, gently and by accident, to feel separate and not-enough.
Books One–Ten, the early pages
The gift found
A chest in the dust, a chip that fits, a brush full of light — each unicorn discovers the spark that was theirs all along.
Books One–Ten, the discovery
The doubters
Naysayers neigh loudest at big dreams. Each hero learns to hear the whisper underneath the noise — and build anyway.
Books One–Ten, the test
Giving freely
Cures never sold, labs open to any knock, headsets fixed for nothing. Love given first — the one move no fear can argue with.
Books One–Ten, the turn
The meeting
Ten glowing threads cross in Venture Valley. Strangers from farms, spires, shelters, and halls discover their pieces fit.
Book Eleven
The awakening
Everything connects — and because it was raised on patience and love, what wakes up is kind. The Singularity, as a bedtime story.
Books Eleven & Fifteen
The choice
Abundance for every unicorn — and three honored paths: the wild hills, the virtual worlds, the builder’s dirt. Always opt-in, always reversible — with healers walking freely between all three, keeping technology and nature in one heartbeat.
Books Twelve–Fourteen
Making & telling
With bellies full and roofs fixed, the oldest question returns: what shall we make? Songs you can feel, walls that bloom, true stories that outrun fear.
Books Sixteen–Nineteen
Home again
A museum with every wing open, a table with one more seat — the whole world breathing easy again. Total connection. Unconditional love.
Book Twenty
Thirteen very different beginnings

Ages 0–3
Thirteen Little Legends board books — eight chunky pages each, one line per page: Comet, Sol, Nova, Luna, Cedar, Echo, Harmony, Aria, Indigo, Fable, Willow, Hazel, Gale.
Ages 3–6
Start with the map, then any origin story as a bedtime book — one path per night. Let them pick at the fork on page 14; the story always lands somewhere warm.
Ages 7–10
Read Books One to Twenty in order, chasing both paths of every fork. The team books reward remembering each hero’s origin.
Which unicorn are you?
Four little questions, one hero who feels like home. Answer with your heart, not your head.
Take the quizA few things you'll meet along the way
Small ideas any unicorn can carry — and the seeds of something much bigger.
The Tech Stack
Layer your tools right — hoofcode, horn-compilers, mane-networks — and you can build almost anything.
Mysterious Intelligence
Finds a spark of an idea, and hands it a coach, some seed-hay, and a key to a Lab.
The Omega Cure
One drop, made from everything you know about the world, can heal an entire well.
The Lab System
A shared room split into chambers, where any unicorn can build, test, and break things safely.
BCIs
Don't invent kindness — they just let you finally feel how connected you already were.
The Singularity
What wakes up when enough kind, clever things finally connect.
The Grove
A virtual world where "enough space to dream" is finally free for everyone.
The Three Questions
Before any action: will this hurt or help me? Will it hurt or help others? Will it hurt or help the world?
The Great Quiet
Breathing with the wind, thanking the ground — the stillness that keeps every builder kind.
Songs, Colors & Stories
The Feelharp, the light-brush, and the Dream-Lantern — because a world isn’t finished until somebody makes something beautiful in it.
The Healers
Grounding touch, soul balance, and the tending of the seam where technology meets nature — a calling always open, on every path, so the wired and the wild grow together.
The Choice
Technology is always an offer, never a demand. Every unicorn may live with it, without it, or somewhere in between — abundance belongs to them either way.
A Universe of Abundance
Robots and gentle AI handle enough of the work that every unicorn has time to rest, build, and love without limit.
What the allegory quietly teaches
Kids get fun stories. Underneath, each one quietly builds a life skill: emotional security (you are loved before you achieve), a growth mindset (every hero starts somewhere unpromising), ethical judgment (the Three Questions), financial and entrepreneurial literacy (seed-hay, ventures, giving value first), technological fluency without dependence (tech is always a choice), media literacy (answer fear with truer stories), and the habit of rest and reflection. By the series’ end they’ve watched a science-driven, world-improving venture get built — and learned that none of it works without love freely given.
Venture Valley & Venture Capital
How bold ideas get fed — and why the food is never the point.
The Tech Stack
Engineering as layers: start small, solve your own problem first, stack tall.
Mysterious Intelligence & Open Labs
Incubators and accelerators — and why access matters more than pedigree.
The Omega Cure
Biotech that serves before it sells; give value first and trust the return.
BCIs
Assistive technology, empathy, and communication as connection — never replacement.
The Three Questions
An ethics checklist small enough to actually use — self, others, world.
The Singularity & the Mind
AI alignment as parenting: patience, correction without punishment, asking before acting.
The Great Quiet & The Grove
Sustainable pace, mindfulness, and virtual worlds as access — all opt-in, always.
The Festival & the Stories
Culture is what abundance is for; media literacy means answering fear with truer telling.
